Since 1987, Advanced Scientifics, Inc. (ASI) specializes in the manufacture of Medical Devices, Biopharmaceutical Bags and Tubing Assemblies, Custom Injection and Insert Molding.

With a global customer base, ASI is the manufacturer of choice for the worlds largest Medical Device and Biopharmaceutical Companies. From Product Development through Sterile Packaging, we offer a one-stop “Single Source Supplier” option for our Customers. This broad manufacturing base has provided ASI with the capabilities to meet our customer’s specific applications, and to produce high precision products that are guaranteed to perform to our customer’s expectations.

Our products are used in a variety of different applications. Injection and Insert Molded components are used mainly as components in Medical Bags and Tubing Assemblies and Medical Devices, while our Medical Bag and Tubing Assemblies are used primarily in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries. Additionally, all of our Medical and Biopharmaceutical Bag Manufacturing is completed in a Class 10,000 Clean Room, and our Injection and Insert Molding is performed in a Class 100,000 Clean Room.
